Welcome to the Associate Partner Portal

The Associate Partner Portal is a separate login from the seller panel and the main website.

Sign in only at the Associate login URL sent in your welcome email. Seller login and customer/admin login will reject Associate credentials.

After admin creates your account you receive a welcome email with:
• Username (your email)
• Temporary password
• Login URL
• Email verification link

First-time flow:
1. Verify your email from the welcome mail (or resend from Profile).
2. Sign in with email and password.
3. Scan the 2FA QR code with Google Authenticator and enter the 6-digit PIN. 2FA is mandatory and stays on for every later login.
4. Complete Profile (PAN + bank). Pickup locations unlock after this.
5. Sign the Master Service Agreement in Document Centre. Products, orders, logistics, earnings, and payments stay locked until the MSA is active.
6. Add pickup locations, then onboard products for an approved seller.
